Robert is a UK Chartered Certified Accountant, a Georgia licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the Heriot Watt University, Scotland. He is a seasoned financial professional with international work experience in the Caribbean and the US. Robert began his career in public accounting in 1979 and has over 20 years experience as a Controller, CFO and CEO of companies operating in the life and casualty insurance industries, hotel chain management, real estate development and investment management services sectors.
Robert is a highly regarded fractional CFO and turnaround consultant, assisting large businesses to diagnose and fix financial problems, and generate profit, cashflow and growth. He is an expert in financial management and reporting, strategic planning, business process improvement and leadership team building. He sits on the Board of Directors of client companies including Ferreira Optical Ltd.
Robert is a Director of CFO Solutions Ltd a Caribbean consulting firm and a former Director of the Central Florida and US Christian Chambers of Commerce. He is a the author of the books God's Strategic Plan and Business Success Based on Biblical Principles.
